Pastor Dale Proulx
Pastor Dale is an outreach case manager and a board member with Shining Light Ministries. God initially called him to care for others when he was 20 years-old through the bible verse Isaiah 6:8: “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’”
In the intervening years, that call has included serving as a pastor in four churches for twenty-eight years; most recently as the pastor of Pilgrim Covenant Church in Lunenburg since 2021. He has also served in human social services for 14 years as a case manager in supported housing with people with a mental illness, as a case manager with homeless veterans in Worcester, as a clinical manager with veterans, and as an executive director in affordable assisted living. While serving as a pastor in Ashburnham for thirteen years, he earned a Master of Science in Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Non-profit Management at Fitchburg State University.
His objectives through Shining Light Ministries include providing outreach case management support to people, forming partnerships with other area organizations and churches, supporting the expansion of programs, and seeking additional revenue to support God’s work.
